My windows xp hangs "temporarily" when i try to open the Connect To menu in the Start menu, or try connecting to my dialup thru IE or any other such program. However, after 2-3 mins, normal behavior is restored. Even the "phone & Modems" in CtrlPnl wont work 4 some time.
