ON a users computer its getting a error C++ runtime library error C:\WinNT explorer.exe must shutdown or terminate or something like that. I removed all the instant messaging programs installed. Im sure its software related, im just not sure what else to do at this point

when I login as local administrator, the i dont get the error, it only occurs under the users login.........any ideas anyone?

if anyone has this problem, just go ahead and delete that user profile. When they login to the domain again it will create another profile for them. If they have anything in my documents try and back them up before deleting profile.
