A friend has a web site that has news articles linked to it - is there a way of saving these articles in case the server holding each article goes down or decides to delete it? Someone said something to me about saving the cache file?

You can cache the webpage (save it for offline use) in IE Add it to your favorites and make it available offline, to save a copy on your computer, if the server deletes it, you can restore that page
