IBM ThinkPad CD-ROM & Floppy DRIVES

I have an IBM ThinkPad ZZ0X with an interchangeable CD-ROM/Floppy Drive.

I have had two (2) other people look at this and none of us are able to figure out how to remove the CD-ROM Drive to replace with the Floppy Drive, and vice-versa. :roll:

Anyone with an IBM ThinkPad ZZ0X??? :idea:
