Long beep then 3 short beeps will not post

what does one long beep then 3 short beeps mean when power on to computer - it does not post.

Something is wrong with your video card. Pull it out and reseat it, or if it's part of the motherboard then you may need to buy an AGP or PCI card to replace it.
