    Good memory + bad memory?

I recently determined that I have two failing memory sticks in my computer. I tested them usuing DocMemory that I had downloaded from the Internet. I had been having some strange problems that I narrowed down to memory. Anyway, I recently got a new stick, tested it just to make sure....it passed with flying colors....what else would I expect? My "bad" memory still works but randomly causes a crash to my system. My question is that I would like to know if it is bad to continue using those two other "bad" modules along with my "good" stick? I currently am only running with the "good" module installed.

    Thanks,
    Carlin70

I wouldn't trust the memory. I'd hate to be working on a term paper and have the system crash--especially since RAM is so cheap these days.

    Good luck.
