I'm the one-man IT department at an interior design firm. I'm the 'computer expert' that everyone comes to when they have problems with their own computer. Usually it's something simple and I make easy money bringing people's PC's home to work on during the weekends when I'm not at work.

I came here because I finally ran into a problem that I can't figure out on my own. You can find it under the 'Whats wrong with my computer' section. I should have known that such a tech support site existed, but I never bothered looking for one because I didn't need it.
