I would have HJT fix these two entries.

Other than that, I don't see any bad guys hiding.

However, your log is a prime example of why we don't recommend Norton or McAfee. I stopped counting how many Norton/Symantec entries I found. Would you be willing to try an experiment for me? Use that link I gave in your other thread to remove Norton. Remove everything from them including System Works. Then run Ccleaner again. If this is the computer your accessing the net with, disconnect it from the net before removal. I don't want you to be unprotected while we do this. Once you have Norton removed, see if your boot time improves.

If there isn't any significant improvement, then we need to start looking at hardware issues.

I removed all the Norton products and ran ccleaner,
My startup time was 5 min. It is improvement but no protection,

So I reloaded the Norton internet security software and startup time went back to 9 to 10 min. before I can use internet.
Made Firefox as my default browser.

    Any other suggestions?

I spent $75 for Norton so I do not want to pay for new software.

All are free antivirus solutions, choose one and only one.

AVG Free - AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition
FREE antivirus software with spyware protection: avast! Home Edition
Avira AntiVir Personal - FREE Antivirus

    Consider Norton a $75 mistake.

Remove Norton again and use Ccleaner. Install your new choice in antivirus and post a new HJT log.

Talked to Norton Tech, He installed 2010 anti virus software free and now the startup time is betwen 4 min to 5 min.

I can live with this to avoid more problem . If the start up time increases then I will remove Norton and install AVG
    Thank you for your help.

That is still too long and to me, totally unacceptable. Two minutes should be enough.

However, it is up to you what is and what isn't acceptable.

Also is superantispyware the profession version or the free version? If it is the free version, I would remove that from starting with windows, as the free version offers no realtime protection. If it is professional version that you paid for, then it's best to let it start.
