    How to submit a question:

Try our SEARCH button in the upper portion of this page. There's a good chance your question has already been answered.

When asking a question, please include the following information, if possible:

What Operating System (Windows version) are your running?

Who made your PC (HP, Compaq, Dell, Gateway, or is this a custom machine)?

Describe the basic hardware, if possible, inside of your computer (Amount of RAM, harddrive, video card, etc...)

Be specific about error messages and specific about any sounds the computer makes when booting.

It is crucial that you describe your problem in the SUBJECT portion of the post. This makes it easier for others to find answers to their problems.

It's important to go to the appropriate category. For instance, if the problem is witth your Dell computer, navigate to the Major Brand Computers and post your question there.

To start a question, go to the category and hit the New Thread button.

Good point, CJDeak. I never answer those. For two reasons: a) you would be the only one that would benefit from that. b)They're hard to keep track of.

If we answer your question in the forum, hundreds of visitors can benefit from the answer.
