Make of computer or is it build?
What model if the computer is of a popular make?
Is it a desktop, or laptop?
What operating system with service pack# are you using?
How do you connect to the internet dialup, cable, or DSL?
Is this computer on a network, or is it a stand alone computer?
Is your internet connection through wireless?
Who is your internet provider (ISP)?
